Rock Climbing Portugal

Project Narrative
A bilingual community platform built to centralize Portugal's fragmented climbing landscape: crags, gyms, topos, events, and news, in one open and free resource for locals and visiting climbers.
The project was conceived and shipped as a fully AI-native build. From architecture decisions and data modeling to copywriting and SEO, every layer of the product was developed in tight collaboration with AI tools, using agentic workflows to move faster and make better decisions with less overhead. The result is a production-grade platform delivered at indie-hacker speed, without cutting corners on quality.
Under the hood it leverages PostGIS for geographic queries, a headless content layer for bilingual publishing, and a scraping pipeline to aggregate and normalize data from disparate sources across the Portuguese climbing community.
Self-funded under the Tufa.dev brand. Designed to scale with the community that uses it.
